BROCK HAS STREP
For the last week or so Brock has been having me feel his lymphs because he says "they hurt real bad." He started getting a fever and I finally started paying more attention to this and I looked in the back of his throat and sure enough it looked like strep throat. So we sent him to the doctor and he got his strep test-the rapid one came back negative but the doctor said he still thought he had it. He sent Brock to get his blood drawn to be checked for mono because he has been feeling really tired lately. we got the results and IT WAS NEGATIVE !!! we are still waiting for the results of his strep test but should have those this next week. In the mean time he is on antibiotics, he even complained to the DOC and got some lortab for his "aches" hahaha so I have been doing some nursing right here in my own home.

Shoot! That stinks. Especially when they can't tell you want it is. That happened to me earlier in the year. It was just a nasty flu, but still, it's nice to know what it is so you can fix it. Hope he feels better soon!
